Herbed Fresh Cheese









1 cup of My ARTISANO Chevre or Fromage Blanc, 1 TBP of minced chives, 1 TBP of flat parsley, 2 tsp of Olive oil, 1 tsp of minced Thyme, Salt and Ground pepper to taste.


In a bowl blend all ingredients season and then serve.  Enjoy with baked potatoes, crackers, or salads.

You can substitute the herbs in the recipe for any other herb that you might have available in your garden or your fridge.
